Neoma Hair is a South African luxury hair extension company founded by international DJ and Producer Candice Redding. The company specialises in high-quality, Grade A human hair wigs and extensions for multiple African markets.

Terannum helped and build the entire strategy roadmap for the brand, eCommerce website, and the underlying operational base across business functions - operations, logisitcs, customer service, brand management and growth and so on.

Our work with Neoma included all elements of the business from inception to execution and scaling. A key challenge was the logistical set up between supply, warehousing and consumer distribution given the spread of operations between India and the continent of Africa.
